General Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy.

Cancellation Terms

  1. Standard Reservations:
    • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation. The credited amount will be reflected in the customer’s bank account depending on their bank’s processing time.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night’s stay.
  2. Non-Refundable Reservations: These bookings are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes will incur the full cost of the reservation.
  3. Special Offers and Packages: Cancellations and changes for special offers or packages will be subject to the terms specified at the time of booking.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Early Departures

If you decide to check out earlier than the confirmed check-out date, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
